Bishopstone Investments is a residential and commercial multitenant real estate investment group. We operate in a syndication model to provide out-of-the-ordinary investment returns to a broad range of accredited and occasionally non-accredited investors. We focus our acquisitions in the Northeast Texas secondary and tertiary markets as well as the markets of southeast Idaho. We buy distressed, underperforming assets and through our in-house asset management bring them up to their full operational glory.

Our Team
Ashton Shumway
Ashton bought his first real estate investment, a duplex, after working for several years in the multifamily industry. Since that time he has grown his investment portfolio to nearly 100 doors with partners in northeast Texas and southeast Idaho.
He is an avid reader and especially enjoys topics on the founding of America, business ethics, and self improvement. He lives in southeast Idaho and enjoys hiking, biking, running, giving and serving.
